PaydaySchedule.us is an independent reference site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any employer, payroll provider or government agency mentioned here.

Everything on this site is for general information. Your own paystub and your employer’s HR system are always the authoritative answer for your pay.

We Are Not Affiliated With Any Employer

We write about how companies pay their staff. That does not make us connected to those companies in any way.

Walmart, Amazon, Target, Costco and every other employer named on this site are independent of us. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to them.

We use company names only to identify whose pay schedule a page describes. Nothing here should be read as an official communication from any employer.

If you are looking for official information, go to that company’s own portal. We link to it on the relevant page.

This Is Not Financial, Tax or Legal Advice

Pay, tax and employment law are specific to your situation. We do not know your state, your role, your deductions or your contract.

Nothing here is advice from an accountant, a financial adviser or a lawyer, and none of us are any of those. For anything that affects your money or your job, talk to someone qualified.

If you are in a dispute over unpaid or late wages, your state labor department handles that, and the US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division is the federal starting point.

Why Pay Dates Here May Not Match Yours

The calendars on this site show the expected pattern for a typical employee at a company. Several things can move your own date off that pattern.

ReasonWhat it changes
Division or facilityStores, distribution centres and corporate roles are not always on the same weekday
State lawA few states require more frequent pay, which can change the cycle
Your bankDirect deposit posting times vary, so the same payment lands at different hours
Bank holidaysThe ACH network does not settle on federal holidays, so dates shift
New hiresA first paycheck usually covers a partial period and arrives later than the normal cycle
Employer changesCompanies change payroll providers and cycles without announcing it publicly

This is why every calendar page tells you to confirm against your own stub. We mean it literally.

Accuracy and What We Cannot Promise

We research carefully and we cite primary sources. We still cannot promise that everything here is correct on the day you read it.

Most employers do not publish their pay calendars publicly. Where that is the case we say so on the page, and what we show is a reconstructed pattern rather than an official document.

Information also goes stale. A calendar that was right in January can be wrong by December if a company changes its cycle.

We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of information here. If a date matters to your rent, verify it with your employer first.

About Screenshots and External Links

Some pages include screenshots of official websites to show readers what a real page looks like. Each one is captioned with its source and the date it was captured.

Those screenshots are used for identification and explanation. They remain the property of their owners, and we remove any on request.

We link to external sites so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their accuracy.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is how it stays free. Ads are served by third-party networks and are not endorsements by us.

We have no control over which advertisers appear. Seeing a product advertised here does not mean we recommend it, and we have not checked it.

No advertiser influences what we publish about any pay schedule.

Report Something Wrong

If a fact here is incorrect, tell us and we will fix it and date the change.
