Contact PaydaySchedule.us
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and every message goes to a person rather than a ticket queue.
Pick the address that matches what you need. Corrections get answered first, usually within two working days.
Report a Wrong Pay Date
This is the email we care most about. If a date on this site does not match your paystub, we want to know today rather than next year.
corrections@paydayschedule.usInclude the page address and what looks wrong. If you can tell us what your own stub actually says, that helps more than anything else.
You do not need to send a screenshot, and please do not send one that shows your name, employee number or pay amounts. We only need the dates.
General Questions and Everything Else
Anything that is not a correction goes here, including press enquiries, partnership questions and requests for an employer we have not covered yet.
contact@paydayschedule.usWe read everything. Requests for new employers get logged, and the ones people ask for most often get written first.
What We Can Help With
| You want | Where to go |
|---|---|
| A pay date corrected | Email corrections@paydayschedule.us with the page and the right date |
| An employer added to the site | Email contact@paydayschedule.us with the company name |
| To point out a broken link or image | Either address works, corrections is faster |
| Your own pay date confirmed | Your employer’s payroll portal or HR team, not us |
| A missing or short paycheck fixed | Your manager or HR department, then your state labor department |
| Tax or legal advice | A qualified accountant or employment lawyer |
What We Cannot Do
We have no access to any employer’s payroll system. We cannot look up your pay date, check whether your deposit went through, or contact your employer for you.
We also cannot tell you what your specific paycheck will be. Pay varies by role, hours, state and deductions, and anyone who gives you a figure without seeing your stub is guessing.
If your pay is late or wrong, your employer’s HR team is the first stop. Your state labor department is the second, and they take that seriously.
Do not email us bank details, Social Security numbers, employee ID numbers or copies of paystubs. We do not need them and we do not want them stored in an inbox.
What you do send us is covered by our privacy policy. We use your email only to reply, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who You Are Writing To
PaydaySchedule.us is an independent reference site run by a small editorial team. We are not connected to any employer named on this site.
If you are writing on behalf of a company about how your own pay schedule is described here, say so and we will prioritise it. Accurate is more useful to us than flattering.
More about how we research and verify pay dates is on our about page.
